Cancellation Policy

You can cancel orders only before they have been produced. Please call us immediately if you wish to cancel an order.

Refund Policy

Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Shortages or errors must be reported via email within 2 business days of shipment receipt.

Understandably, personalized and custom ordered items may not be returned for a refund unless there were errors on our part, or in shipping.

Delivery Policy

Products are sent to the customer via USPS.
It is our best intention to ship your order within 5 business days of receipt (Monday - Friday). We will notify you if there are any delays in shipment. USPS priority mail will NOT have a detailed tracking number, only delivery confirmation number which verifies the delivery location and if the package has been delivered.

We ship to the shipping address that you provide at checkout - please make sure that it is entered correctly!

When you send us an image, you acknowledge that you own the copyright to the image or that you have obtained the written permission of the copyright owner. You further acknowledge that Tapemanblue reserves the right to reject any image at its sole discretion. If your image is found to be unsuitable in any way, your credit card will be refunded in full. You understand that Tapemanblue products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective. You have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of Tapemanblue.
